Hiring and the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)

The ADA is unique among federal civil rights laws in that it prohibits particular questions and tests at the pre-offer and post-offer stages of the hiring process, that is, before an individual actually starts work for an employer.

This training will discuss the key aspects of pre-employment inquiries under the ADA. As with other HR Classroom trainings, employers can fully document trainee activity. As with other HR Classroom trainings, employers can fully document trainee activity, and your organization’s own policy can also be inserted directly into the training.
