National Hotel Chain Discrimination Prevention Training
The client needed to train employees at many different locations around the country and needed to centrally manage trainings. In addition the client had to train employees who had regular access to email and computer systems, and clients who had no normal computer access as part of their position.
HR Classroom's Advanced Compliance Management System allowed for the client to create an innovative compliance plan. Automated notices of employees who had yet to complete the required trainings were sent on scheduled dates to the Store Managers and applicable HR Managers. In this way, employees who did not have regular access to computers, were able to be kept abreast of their completion progress through their supervisor.
