Nationwide Restaurant Chain Use of the HR Classroom Advanced Compliance System


The customer needed a platform to train employees at a variety of retail locations around the country, in a variety of languages, and where many of the employees did not have regular computer access as part of their employment.


HR Classroom used their expertise to help the client create a workable training plan and procedures. A customized login page and plan were developed to use a company specific Identification number as the training login criteria. Store managers were designated within the system as a point of contact for HR, whereby Store Managers could be automatically sent a list of employees who had outstanding training requests. With high employee turnover and many locations the ability to automate notices to Store Managers is a key component in creating an acceptable Compliance Percentage.
