Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Outline For Chicago Supervisors

The Chicago Sexual Harassment Prevention Training is mandated by Chicago City ordinance. The training is timed and takes a minimum of Two Hours to complete as required by the Chicago Ordinance. This training is specifically designed to meet the training requirements of the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois.  To view the Non-Supervisor version of this training click here. The goal of this course is to educate supervisors about the important part they play in preventing discrimination, and to teach them what sexual harassment is and what they can do to stop it. As with other HR Classroom trainings, employers can fully document trainee activity. Your organization's policy can be inserted directly into each training.
