The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA) make it unlawful for Employers to discriminate against qualified individuals on the basis of disability.
In this training, we will focus on how to how to properly manage under the Americans with Disabilities Act. As with other HR Classroom trainings, employers can fully document trainee activity, and your organization’s own policy can also be inserted directly into the training.
